  • - ground pepper 1 tsp
  • - sugar 0.5 tbsp. spoons

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the zucchini. Then cut them into rings of 3-4 centimeters. Fry the zucchini rings in boiling oil. Chop peeled carrots and onions. Fry them until golden brown.

Step 2

Peel the tomatoes. To do this, make cross-shaped cuts and immerse them in boiling water, hold for about a minute and the skin will easily come off. Then grate the tomatoes and cook.

Pass all vegetables through a meat grinder, mix thoroughly. Season with salt and sweeten to taste. Add vegetables to tomatoes and simmer until tender.

Step 4
