Ingredients:

  • Squids in their own juice - 1 can (250 g);
  • A can of canned peas - 350 g;
  • Pickled cucumbers - 150 g;
  • Young green onions with a head - 40 g;
  • Chicken eggs - 4 pcs;
  • Sour cream - 100 g;
  • Natural yogurt without additives - 80 g;
  • Light mayonnaise - 80 g;
  • Pitted olives - 60 g;
  • Seasonings;
  • Finely ground salt and pepper.

Preparation:

  1. Open the jar with canned squid and drain the brine in which they were located. Squids should be cut into small and thin slices. Transfer them to the bowl where the salad is prepared.
  2. Rinse the potatoes from dirt and soil residues. Boil it in a peel without peeling.
  3. Cool the finished potatoes. Peel it. Cut the potatoes into small cubes or slices. Transfer to a salad bowl.
  4. Boil, peel and chop the eggs.
  5. Cut the pickled cucumbers into strips and add to the potatoes and squid already prepared for the salad.
  6. Rinse green onions, peel and cut off the tips of the feathers. Chop finely and toss into a bowl with the rest of the salad ingredients.
  7. Add drained green peas, sour cream, plain yogurt, mayonnaise (light), pitted olives and seasonings, salt and pepper to the salad.
  8. Stir the salad gently. Put in portioned forms - salad bowls and, when serving, sprinkle with chopped herbs, fresh vegetables: tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers (optional).

Seafood such as squid (even canned) goes well with all sorts of food ingredients and vegetables, since they do not have a very pronounced taste.
