A suitable dish for a festive dinner is French fries. It is unforgettably delicious, guests will not be able to resist, and will definitely require supplements.

It is necessary

    • 1 kg of pork
    • 1-1.5 kg. potatoes,
    • 3 onions,
    • 300 gr. cheese
    • 3 cloves of garlic.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the pork thoroughly and cut into wide slices about 1.5 cm thick. Place on a cutting board and beat off on both sides.

Step 2

Pork chops should be pickled. To do this, put the meat in a prepared bowl, add salt, black pepper, seasonings. Squeeze 3 garlic cloves into the meat and mix well. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.

Step 3

Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin half rings. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Step 4

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and spread it over the entire surface. Spread the marinated pork chops evenly on a baking sheet.

Next, put half of the onion cut into half rings on the meat, salt and pepper. Brush evenly with mayonnaise.

Step 6

Then put half of the chopped potatoes on the onion with mayonnaise. Season with a little salt and grease with mayonnaise. Add another layer of chopped onion and a third of the grated cheese.

Spread out the rest of the chopped potatoes again. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and grease with mayonnaise again. Gently pour some water along the side of the baking sheet so that the potatoes do not remain soggy.

Now the baking sheet can be placed on the middle shelf of the oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake at 180-200 degrees for about an hour until golden brown. Before serving, cut with a spatula into portions. Serve the fresh vegetable salad separately.
