Potato dishes are among the most delicious. They are prepared for family meals and are also served on the festive table. But how to surprise family members and guests with a beautiful and unusual dish from your favorite product? A great solution is to cook French fries! This is not only a very tasty dish, but also beautiful and unusual!
To cook French fries, you will need:
- Potatoes - 14 pieces,
- Oil - 100 g
- Pork (chops) - 600 g,
- Onions - 4 pcs.,
- Hard cheese - 300 g (to taste),
- Mayonnaise - 200-250 g,
- Salt - 2-3 tsp,
- Pepper - 0.5 tsp
These ingredients are designed for 4 people.
Preparation:
- Wash and dry the meat, then cut into slices that are about 1 cm thick.
- Beat the meat well with a kitchen hammer.
- Next, peel the potatoes, rinse them, and put the oven on preheat.
- Prepare the onion: wash, peel and cut into thin half rings.
- Slice potatoes 4-5 millimeters thick into thin slices.
- Take a frying pan (without a handle) and brush the bottom with oil. Put half of the potatoes in there and season with salt.
- Put the chop on top so that it completely covers the layer of potatoes, salt and pepper it.
- Place the chopped onion on top of the meat and the other half of the chopped potatoes on top.
- Salt again and spread on top with a layer of mayonnaise.
- Place a frying pan with potatoes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.
- Next, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- After 40 minutes of baking, take out the pan and sprinkle with grated cheese on top, put the French fries back in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
- Remove the dish from the oven.
