Fish pie is a tasty, healthy, light dish. It is very simple and quick to prepare. I suggest trying to make a pie according to an interesting recipe. The specified amount of food is enough for 3 servings.

- - salmon (fillet) - 500 g;
- - hard cheese - 100 g;
- - milk 2, 5% - 260 ml;
- - eggs - 2 pcs.;
- - tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - butter - 50 g;
- - flour - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - lemon - 1 pc.;
- - salt - 0.5 tsp;
- - ground black pepper - a pinch;
- - greens - for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Preparation of fish. Wash the fish fillets with water, cut into small cubes, fry in vegetable oil until half cooked.
Step 2
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Separate the yolks from the whites.
Step 4
Cooking the sauce. Melt the butter, lightly fry the flour on it until golden brown. Pour cold milk into the mixture, cook the sauce for another 5 minutes. Refrigerate.
Step 5
Add tomato paste, cheese to the sauce, salt and pepper. Beat the yolks and combine with the sauce, mix well with a mixer. The sauce should be creamy.
Step 6
Beat the whites until firm foam, add a couple of drops of lemon juice. Place the egg whites in the fried fish fillet and stir gently. Then pour the prepared sauce over the fish. Stir again.
Step 7
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Pour the fish fillet and sauce into it. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 220 degrees (until golden brown). Decorate the finished pie with herbs and lemon wedges. Bon Appetit!
