The most common rice dish is, of course, pilaf. It tastes different for each housewife, and with the help of spices, you can create a unique pilaf. I want to share with you a recipe for chicken pilaf.

2 cups rice, 400 grams of chicken, 2 small tomatoes, 2 teaspoons of tomato paste, pilaf seasoning, black and red pepper, 1 small carrot and onion, 2 cloves of garlic, vegetable oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into small pieces. We rinse under cold water. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and add chicken pieces. Fry evenly on both sides. We wash the rice and set to simmer.
Step 2
Fry finely chopped onions, carrots and garlic in vegetable oil. Finely chop the tomatoes and put them in the fried chicken. Add the frying and tomato paste diluted in 1 glass of water to the same place. Close with a lid and leave for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Pour the chicken and gravy into a cauldron or deep saucepan, put the rice on top and fill it with a glass of water. Add seasoning and pepper (black, red) on top. After the water has evaporated, turn off the heat, stir the pilaf and leave to brew for 15-20 minutes.
