Creme brulee is a custard dessert. Delicious creamy orange crème brulee will delight all family members. Dessert is prepared simply and quickly enough. The specified amount of food is enough for 4 servings.

- - cream (25-33%) - 300 g;
- - oranges - 4 pcs.;
- - eggs - 4 pcs.;
- - sugar - 100 g;
- - nutmeg (ground) - a pinch.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the oranges thoroughly, remove the zest (you need 2-3 tsp. Zest). Squeeze the juice out of the pulp (you need 4-5 tablespoons of orange juice).
Step 2
Powder the sugar with a coffee grinder.
Step 3
Combine cream, icing sugar, nutmeg, orange juice and zest. Stir. Put the mixture on low heat and cook for 4-5 minutes (stirring constantly). Remove from heat and refrigerate.
Step 4
Separate the yolks from the whites. Whisk the yolks and gently combine with the creamy mass. Stir with a mixer.
Step 5
Divide the cream into small tins and place in a deep baking sheet. Pour water into a baking sheet so that it covers half of the molds. Bake the cream in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Then turn on the grill in the oven and bake the cream for another 10 minutes to get a beautiful crust. Refrigerate to room temperature. Garnish with orange slices and mint leaves.
