After all, chocolate is one of the foods that increase the level of endorphins in the body. This means that chocolate dessert will give you a genuine feeling of happiness and joy. How to make a chocolate brownie?
It is necessary
- - milk chocolate - 300 g,
- - egg yolk - 1 pc.,
- - egg white - 1 pc.,
- - sugar - 100 g,
- - powdered gelatin - 5 tsp,
- - natural coffee, strong, brewed - 2-3 tbsp. l.,
- - heavy cream - 150 ml,
- - icing sugar - 2 tablespoons,
- - vanilla sticks - 4 pcs.,
- - confectionery dressing.
Instructions
Step 1
Start your chocolate dessert with the tastiest one. Melt half of the chocolate in a water bath. Pour the treat onto the cellophane. Cover the hot melted chocolate with another cellophane and roll out like dough with a rolling pin to a 4mm thin sheet. Set aside to harden.
Step 2
While the base hardens, work on the chocolate cream. Beat the egg yolks with 50 g of sugar until thick foam. Melt the remaining chocolate, gradually beat in the beaten egg yolk. Pour gelatin with a few tablespoons of cold water and wait for 5-10 minutes to swell. Pour hot strong coffee into the gelatin and bring to a smooth consistency. Then mix the cooled gelatin with the cream. Add the whipped egg whites at the end. When the cream is smooth, set it aside.
Step 3
To decorate the chocolate dessert with whipped cream that won't spread on the plate, you need to combine it with gelatin. 2 tsp Dissolve gelatin in 3 tbsp. water, pour half a glass of heavy cream, put the mixture in a water bath and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Bring the rest of the cream to a thick foam. Whisking constantly, add the icing sugar, then pour in the prepared gelatinous cream in a thin stream. Continue whisking.
Step 4
Using a very sharp knife, cut the hardened chocolate sheet into even 4x4 cm squares. Use an awl to cut holes in the center of the squares. For these purposes, you can use the edges of the empty housing from a ballpoint pen, the diameter should not exceed the diameter of a vanilla stick - a chocolate dessert will be strung on it.
Step 5
Gently distribute the chocolate cream with a knife. From above, without pressing, cover the cream with a second chocolate square. Make all the molds. Thread these square cakes with holes in the center over the vanilla sticks. Do not press to break the squares. The base for the chocolate dessert is ready.
Step 6
Place the chocolate frame of the dessert from four prepared cakes beautifully on a plate. Squeeze the prepared white whipped cream into the voids using a pastry syringe.
Step 7
