- - milk - 500 ml;
- - cream 33-35% - 200 ml;
- - sugar - 50 g;
- - gelatin - 1 teaspoon.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour gelatin into a separate cup and pour 50 ml of cold water. Leave it like this for about 60 minutes.
Step 2
Break the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. To prepare a chocolate dessert, only the first is required. Put the whites in the refrigerator, and mix the yolks with granulated sugar and grind.
Step 3
Pour the milk into a saucepan and add the chocolate, broken into small pieces. Put the mixture on fire and heat, stirring constantly, until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Step 4
Combine the chocolate mixture with the egg-sugar mixture. Mix everything thoroughly. Then add the swollen gelatin there. Put on fire. When the resulting mass boils, remove it from the stove and let it cool down.
Step 5
Whisk the cream thoroughly and add to the cooled chocolate mass. Mix everything well. Put the resulting mixture in transparent glasses or bowls and refrigerate for about 5 hours. Delicious chocolate dessert is ready! Garnish with grated chocolate if you wish.
