    • 2 medium potatoes;
    • 1 carrot;
    • 1 egg;
    • 100 g processed cheese;

    • For the sauce:
    • 1 bunch of parsley;
    • 1-2 cloves of garlic;
    • 150 g sour cream.

Step 1

Prepare the required ingredients right away. Some foods, such as eggs, need to reach room temperature to distribute more evenly in the dough. Others, on the contrary, should be kept in the freezer before cooking. This applies to processed cheese.

Step 2

Rinse zucchini, carrots and potatoes thoroughly under running water. Cut the skin as thin as possible so that most of the vitamins remain in the vegetables. This is best done with a vegetable cutter. After cleaning, the vegetables should be washed again in cold water. Be careful - zucchini becomes slippery in contact with water.

Step 3

Grate raw carrots and potatoes on a fine grater, zucchini on a coarse grater. To preserve all the same vitamins and minerals, it is better to use plastic devices so that when vegetables come into contact with metal, oxidation does not occur. It is advisable to first remove the seeds from the zucchini. If the zucchini is young, this is not necessary. Rub the processed cheese without defrosting to speed up and simplify the process.

Step 4

Break an egg into prepared vegetables, add salt and pepper. Stir the mixture thoroughly. Gradually stir in the sifted flour, stirring the dough clockwise. Please note that the quality of flour can vary greatly, and therefore the quantity may be different each time. Check the dough for salt and spices, add more if necessary.

Step 5

Shape the pancakes no more than 1cm thick and pat them as usual. When frying the first side, you can make the fire a little stronger, after turning, reduce it so that the dough is baked. Put the finished pancakes on a paper napkin so that the glass has excess oil. At this point, the cooking could be finished, but take the time to prepare a simple and delicious sauce that will make your dish even more delicious.

Chop the washed herbs and peeled garlic cloves to make the sauce. Mix everything with sour cream and bust. The amount of ingredients in the sauce can be varied to your liking. You can experiment and add a drop of mustard or lemon juice to the sour cream. Also try making a sauce with ready-made or homemade mayonnaise.
