Very healthy bread that is easy and quick to prepare. Even a novice cook can handle it. The bread can be served with cheese and garlic.
Ingredients:
- whole grain flour - 230 g;
- wheat flour - 230g.
- honey - 3 teaspoons;
- drinking water - 1, 5 glasses;
- dry yeast - 7g;
- salt - 1 teaspoon;
Preparation:
- Whole grain flour should be sifted well through a sieve. But do not rush to throw away the bran remaining in the sieve. They will definitely come in handy a little later.
- Add wheat flour to whole grain flour. It does not need to be sieved. We also send yeast and salt there. Mix everything thoroughly. Now make a small depression in the middle of the flour bowl and pour honey and water into it. Mix everything with a spoon.
- Next, on the table, we form a shape from the dough, it can be a ball or, conversely, an oblong shape of a loaf, this is your choice.
- We spread the bread on a baking sheet. Now you need to close the baking sheet with the future bread with cling film. Place it in a warm place for 30-35 minutes. The dough should fit slightly.
- In the meantime, let's start cooking the garlic. We need a baking dish. Put garlic (2pcs) in it, you do not need to peel it, just cut off the top. Then add greens: bay leaf, thyme or rosemary, honey and a pinch of salt, 50 ml each of sunflower and olive oil.
- We send to the oven for 35-45 minutes. If the garlic was added young, then no more than 25-30 minutes.
- Once the bread dough has come up, make long enough cuts along the top of the bread. Lubricate the bread on top with milk and roll in the bran, which we have left from sifting whole grain flour.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, remove the form with bread there for 35-40 minutes.
