It is necessary
- - 500 g of wheat;
- - 2 liters of water for soaking;
- - 100 g of water for the dough;
- - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Step 1
We sort out the wheat, separating the grains from small debris.
Step 2
We wash, soak the wheat in an enamel or glass container, add 1 liter of water.
Step 3
We drain the first water. We wash the wheat again.
Step 4
Put clean cheesecloth on the bottom of the dishes, pour 1 liter of water to the bottom. We put the wheat, leave it for germination overnight in a warm place.
Step 5
We pass the sprouted wheat through a meat grinder, add water.
Step 6
We form loaves from the resulting mass and fry in a pan with the addition of olive oil on both sides. The total frying time is 10-12 minutes on low heat.
