  • - milk - 1 glass;
  • - dried apricots - 5 pcs;
  • - raisins - 1 tsp;
  • - sugar - to taste;
  • - salt - to taste;
  • - butter - 10 g.
  • For the third recipe:
  • - sprouted wheat - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • - sunflower seeds - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • - cheese - 100 g;
  • - kiwi - 1 pc;
  • - banana - 1 pc;
  • - pomegranate - 1 piece;
  • - lemon juice - 50 g.
  • For the fourth recipe:
  • - sprouted wheat - 100 g;
  • - lettuce leaves - 400 g;
  • - carrots - 1 pc;
  • - vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • - honey - 1 tsp;
  • - mustard - 1 tsp;
  • - soy sauce - 1 tsp;
  • - apple cider vinegar - 3 tsp.
  • For the fifth recipe:
  • - sprouted wheat - 7 tbsp. spoons;
  • - garlic - 3 cloves;
  • - beets - 1 pc;
  • - parsley - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • - salt - to taste;
  • - vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. spoons.

Step 1

For the soup, peel, rinse and finely chop 4 potato tubers. Chop two onion heads as small as possible, and grate one large carrot on a medium grater. Pour 400 grams of water into a saucepan, put vegetables in it and bring to a boil. Cook everything together for about 10 minutes. Then add 4 tablespoons of sprouted wheat, 2 bay leaves and salt to taste. Cook the soup for another 10 minutes, then let it brew a little.

Step 2

Prepare porridge. To do this, grind half a glass of sprouted wheat using a blender, transfer to a saucepan and pour 1 glass of hot milk. In the resulting mass, add finely chopped dried apricots, 1 teaspoon of raisins, sugar and salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients and put the saucepan on low heat. Cook the porridge for about 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Add 10 grams of butter to the finished dish.

Step 3

To prepare the Pomegranate salad, mince 2 tablespoons of sprouted wheat and the same amount of sunflower seeds. Grate 100 grams of soft cheese on a coarse grater. Cut one kiwi and one banana into small cubes. Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl, pour 50 grams of lemon juice, mix and sprinkle generously with pomegranate seeds.

Step 4

For the carrot salad, rinse and dry 100 grams of sprouted wheat. Tear lettuce leaves with your hands and combine with grated carrots and wheat. In a glass, prepare the sauce by mixing 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil with 1 teaspoon of honey, the same amount of mustard, soy sauce and 3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar. Season the salad and let it soak for 15 minutes, then serve.

Step 5

Make a beetroot salad. To do this, chop 3 cloves of garlic and mix it with 7 tablespoons of sprouted wheat and boiled beets, grated on a fine grater. Add 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley, salt to taste and season the salad with vegetable oil.
