It is necessary
- - 20 grams of turkey fillet;

- - 2 apples (preferably sweet and sour varieties);

- - 4 lettuce leaves;
- - 1 small celery root;
- - 4 tablespoons of sour cream;
- - 3 tablespoons of lemon juice;
- - 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil;
- - salt and spices.
Instructions
Step 1
The turkey fillet is washed in water, then put in a pan with highly heated sunflower oil and lightly fried.
Step 2
The finished meat is poured with lemon juice and left to soak for 20 minutes, after which it is cut into small pieces.
Step 3
The potatoes are thoroughly washed and then boiled in their uniforms, cooled and peeled, and then cut into thin slices.
Step 4
Eggs are boiled hard-boiled, cooled, peeled and cut into small cubes. Celery root is also washed, peeled and grated on a fine grater.
Step 5
The apples are removed from the peel, each cut into two pieces and the core is peeled. Then rub it on a grater. The resulting apple mass is mixed with celery root and lightly sprinkled with lemon juice.
Step 6
The tomatoes are scalded with boiling water, after which the skin is carefully removed and the pulp is cut into small cubes.
Step 7
Turkey meat is mixed with potatoes, eggs, tomatoes are added, then salted, pepper and gently mixed. Add a mass of apple and celery, sour cream and mix again. On a dish prepared in advance, carefully put lettuce leaves and a prepared salad on top of a slide.
