  • - cherry tomatoes - 8 pcs.;
  • - bell pepper (yellow) - 1 pc.;
  • - mustard - 2 tsp;
  • - lemon - 1 pc.;
  • - sugar - 0.5 tsp;
  • - lettuce leaves - 10 pcs.;
  • - salt - 0.5 tsp;
  • - ground black pepper - a pinch.

Instructions

Step 1

Preparing meat. Rinse the turkey fillet with water and dry. Cut the fillets into small pieces.

Step 2

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the turkey until tender. Season the meat with salt and pepper at the end. Place the turkey slices on a paper towel to absorb any excess fat.

Step 3

Dressing preparation. Peel the onion and cut into small squares. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon. Pour lemon juice on the onion and let sit for 5 minutes. Combine mustard, olive oil, salt, sugar, pepper, chopped onion, and leftover lemon juice. Mix well. The filling is ready.

Step 4

Rinse tomatoes and peppers with water and dry. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Remove the stalk and seeds from the pepper, cut it into thin strips. Wash lettuce leaves and tear with your hands.

Step 5

Put the lettuce on a platter, put the tomato slices on top, then spread the turkey slices evenly. Top with straws of pepper. Pour the prepared salad with dressing, refrigerate for 40 minutes. The dish is ready!
