This pizza is very useful because coarse flour contains vitamins B and E, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, iron, iodine, fiber. And also this pizza has an unusual taste due to the addition of cream cheese and cottage cheese to the filling.

It is necessary
- 200 g coarse flour
- 80 ml warm water
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Pinch of sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- For filling:
- Cream cheese like mascarpone
- Cheese, feta or cottage cheese
- Any vegetables (tomatoes, bell peppers, onions)
- Olives
- Turkey fillet
- Arugula
- Basil, oregano, pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour with salt. Dissolve the yeast in warm water with sugar and add olive oil there. Mix everything together and knead the dough. Let it stand in a warm place for a couple of hours.
Step 2
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Roll out the dough and spread the cream cheese on it in a thin layer, then feta cheese or cottage cheese, finely chopped turkey fillet and, finally, chopped vegetables and olives. Sprinkle everything on top with spices.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. We bake the pizza for about 15 minutes. Put arugula leaves on the finished pizza.
