Step 1
Rinse the meat well. Place it on a paper towel to drain excess liquid. Cut it into small pieces and beat off with a special hammer.

In a separate bowl, make the mixture by mixing the seasoning, eggs, and spices together. Spread over the meat and roll in flour.
Step 3
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the onion into cubes. Fry the onions in a preheated pan, then add the carrots and simmer.

In another pan, fry the meat until golden brown on both sides.

Add mushrooms, prunes, sour cream and carrots, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
