Fish fillets can be prepared in a variety of ways. In each case, the dish is prepared quickly and simply, it turns out tasty, and most importantly - healthy. For cooking, you can use fillets of almost any fish. It is worth remembering that lemon is an indispensable ingredient for seafood, which gives the dish a special exquisite taste.

- - fish fillet 700 g
- - lemon 1 pc.
- - onion 1 pc.
- - vegetable oil 3 tbsp. spoons
- - dill greens
- - vinegar 9% 2 tbsp. spoons
- - salt to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the onion into rings and fry it in a little vegetable oil until transparent. Add the vinegar pre-mixed with two tablespoons of water and continue simmering for another 5-7 minutes.

Cut a lemon in half. Squeeze juice from one half, and chop the other into thin slices.
Step 3
Drizzle the fillet with citrus juice, season with salt and pepper to taste, top with a few slices of lemon, onion and chopped dill. Roll up the roll gently and secure it with toothpicks.
Step 4
Fry the roll in vegetable oil until a light golden crust appears. Add half a glass of water, cover the skillet and simmer the fish dish over low heat for about 10 minutes. Chill the dish after cooking.
