Gradually add flour to the water, then sugar and salt.

Mix the mass with a blender or mixer. In order for the dough to turn out without lumps and to knead well, the water should be at room temperature or slightly warm. Do not overdo it with stirring, otherwise all the bubbles from the dough will disappear, and the pancakes will not be delicate.
Step 3
Bake pancakes in a well-heated skillet, just like regular pancakes with milk. These crepes can be served with a hearty filling or sweet jam.
