Honey lemon chicken breasts cook in about fifty minutes. The result is an original dish with a rich taste.
It is necessary
- We will need:
- 1. chicken breasts - 4 pieces, 200 grams each;
- 2. liquid honey - 2 tablespoons;
- 3. two lemons;
- 4. olive oil - 2 tablespoons;
- 5. ground pepper, salt - not for everybody.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix olive oil with honey, pepper and salt. Add grated zest of two lemons and juice from one lemon, mix.
Step 2
Place the chicken breast in a mold, pour the lemon-honey mixture on top, distribute evenly over the chicken.
Step 3
Put the mold in the oven for half an hour, cook at 180 degrees. Season the chicken with the marinade periodically, the fillet should turn golden brown, and the sauce should evaporate completely.
Step 4
Remove the cooked breasts from the mold and cool. Slice the chicken and serve with lemon wedges. Bon Appetit!
