Chicken breasts are a dietary product with many health benefits. However, many housewives complain that the cooked breast is too dry. You can serve unusually juicy and fragrant chicken breasts with a honey crust. The original dish will surely appeal to everyone at home.

What is required to prepare the dish

First of all, you need chicken breasts. They need to remove the skin and subcutaneous fat. It is necessary to carefully remove the meat from the bones, since only fillets are needed to prepare the dish. To shorten the cooking time, it is recommended to slightly beat off the breasts.

For 2 chicken breasts, take 4 tablespoons of natural honey. You can determine the naturalness of a product by scooping up honey and pouring it onto a flat surface. Real honey will form a turret that spreads rather slowly.

Chicken breasts in honey sauce will be especially tasty if the meat is previously marinated in balsamic vinegar. For 2 chicken breasts, you need about 50 ml of vinegar.

Salt, pepper, garlic and other spices are taken to taste. It is better to fry chicken breasts in honey sauce in olive oil. Unlike other vegetable fats, olive oil does not emit carcinogens during heat treatment. To prepare the sauce, you will need a couple of tablespoons of butter or cream.

How to Cook Honey Crust Chicken Breasts

The prepared fillet is cut into strips 2-3 cm thick. Mix half of balsamic vinegar, half of honey, salt, chopped garlic and pepper. Fillets are transferred into the resulting mixture and the container is covered with plastic wrap. Meat should be marinated for half an hour.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the fillet pieces until brown on both sides. The finished meat is transferred to a plate. During frying, honey forms a crust on the surface of the meat, which retains the juice. Therefore, the fillet turns out to be deliciously tender and juicy.

In a clean frying pan, melt the butter and add the remains of balsamic vinegar and honey to it. Heat the sauce for 3-4 minutes. During this time, it should thicken. If desired, you can add salt, ground pepper, fresh herbs to the sauce.

Fried fillet pieces are poured over with honey sauce and served. Honey-crusty chicken goes well with boiled potatoes and stewed vegetables.
