Step 1
Prepare the marinade first. To do this, combine honey, olive oil, lemon juice, zest and ¼ tsp each in a cup. pepper and salt.

Cut the chicken fillet into pieces and place in a food bag.

Add the prepared mixture there, shake the bag well so that the fillet is completely covered with the marinade, and place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. The longer, the juicier the meat will turn out, you can even leave it overnight.

Mix flour in a large cup, 1 tsp. lemon peel, cornstarch, and leftover salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 5
Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add 1 tbsp to it. a spoonful of oil.
Step 6
Dip the chicken fillet in the flour mixture and fry in portions until the crust is browned, about 4 minutes per side.
