Everyone knows that children do not like to eat vegetables with herbs. But what if you cheat a little and cook a very tasty dish from vegetables that are familiar to us, but with a certain addition and in an original presentation? Zucchini stuffed with minced meat, cheese and herbs is a very easy-to-prepare dish that even kids will love.
Ingredients:
- 4 medium young zucchini;
- 0.4 kg minced meat;
- 150 g of hard cheese;
- 5 cloves of garlic;
- 8 tbsp. l. soy sauce;
- 1 bunch of dill or parsley;
- salt.
Preparation:
- Wash, dry and trim young zucchini of medium size on both sides. Using a sharp knife, divide each zucchini into 4 equal parts.
- Defrost the minced meat, mash with a fork or hands, put in a deep bowl.
- Peel the garlic, wash, pass through the garlic, chop finely and put with the minced meat. Pour 4 tbsp there. l. soy sauce. Mix everything and leave to stand for at least 5 minutes to marinate the contents of the bowl.
- Put all the zucchini pieces in a saucepan, pour cold water over them, place on the stove, bring to a boil and cook for 4 minutes. Then remove from the water, cool slightly and peel from the inside with a teaspoon so that the bottom remains in the zucchini. Note that hard zucchini will become soft during cooking, so it will be very easy and simple to clean them.
- Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. Wash and chop the greens with a knife. Add the prepared ingredients to the minced meat and stir in.
- Finely chop the zucchini pulp, add to the minced meat and stir in.
- Take a large rectangular baking dish and grease it with oil.
- Fill all the zucchini with the filling with a slide, put it in a mold and send it to the oven for half an hour, preheated to 200 degrees.
- Remove the prepared stuffed zucchini from the oven, transfer to a dish, cover with hard cheese if desired, garnish with herbs and serve with your favorite side dish.
