Making crispy pasties with vodka is not at all tricky. The main thing is to collect all the necessary ingredients, make a little effort and follow the recipe below.
It is necessary
- - Wheat flour - 200 grams;
- - Water - 1/2 cup;
- - Vodka - 1-2 tbsp. spoons;
- - Sugar - 1/3 teaspoon;
- - Salt to taste.
- - Minced meat (whatever you like) - 0.2 kg;
- - Onions - 1-2 pcs.;
- - Spices - to taste;
- - Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. spoons and for frying.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the sifted flour into a deep bowl, make a depression in the middle. Pour warm water with sugar and salt dissolved in it in a thin stream. Add vodka and vegetable oil (raw or boiled in a pan). Mix gently.
Step 2
Pour a little flour on a flat surface (table, board), pour the contents of a bowl onto it and knead a thick dough. Cover with a cotton towel and leave for 15 minutes. Knead again for a couple of minutes. So repeat 2 more times. And start making crispy pasties with vodka.
Step 3
Prepare the minced meat: mince the meat with the onion, add the selected spices. Pour some boiled water into the minced meat (optional, for juiciness).
Step 4
Roll out the dough into a thin layer, cut circles out of it. Put the minced meat on them. Connect the edges of each individual cake, make notches on them with a fork.
Step 5
Fry the pasties in a large amount of hot oil, put on a plate and serve.
