These fragrant airy buns can be made not only with apple jam, but also with any other. Only one thing is required - the jam should not be too liquid, otherwise it will all flow out of the buns.
It is necessary
- - 600 g of wheat flour;
- - 250 ml of warm water;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar;
- - 1 teaspoon of salt;
- - a bag of dry yeast;
- - apple or any other jam.
Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve a bag of dry yeast (11 grams) in warm water. Add salt, flour, sugar, stir, pour in vegetable oil and knead the dough. Leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
Step 2
After an hour, knead the dough well and let it come up again.
Step 3
Sprinkle a clean work surface with flour, roll out the dough that came up on it into a layer 5 mm thick, cut into squares with a side of 7 centimeters. Place 1 teaspoon of apple jam in the middle of each square. Fold the sides of the square towards each other.
Step 4
Cover the buns with a towel and leave in a warm place for half an hour. After that, spread them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, cook at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
Step 5
Apple jam buns can be served hot right away. You can prepare the filling for them yourself, for this, cut the ripe apples into small cubes, put them in a saucepan, add sugar to taste, add a little gelatin and a small amount of water. Boil the mass until the apples are soft and thick.
