Cauliflower cutlets are a rather unusual dish, because we are all used to making cutlets from fish, meat or minced meat. Nevertheless, such a dish will surely please both adults and children, because it is not only healthy, dietary, but also unusually appetizing.
It is necessary
- - Cauliflower - a small head of cabbage;
- - Minced chicken (or turkey) - 300 g;
- - Onion - 1 pc.;
- - Eggs - 2 pcs.;
- - Wheat flour - 2 tablespoons;
- - Garlic, herbs, salt, spices - taste.
Instructions
Step 1
We wash the cauliflower, divide into inflorescences and boil in boiling, salted water for 7 minutes.
Step 2
Crush the garlic with a knife and chop finely. Peel and chop the onion.
Step 3
We send the finished cabbage to cool. In the meantime, fry the vegetables over low heat until tender.
Step 4
Chop the cabbage: we do it with a knife or blender.
Step 5
Break the chicken eggs into a small container and beat thoroughly.
Step 6
Put the minced chicken in a bowl, add chopped onions and garlic, cauliflower, beaten eggs, spices to it. Finely chop the greens and also send them to the minced meat.
Step 7
We introduce flour into the minced meat and stir thoroughly.
Step 8
Put the minced meat in a pan with heated sunflower oil with a spoon and fry the cutlets on both sides until tender.
Step 9
Serve cutlets to the table, sprinkle with parsley. Bon Appetit!
