Many people in pubs like to take garlic croutons as a snack for beer, but few people know that croutons that taste the same can be made at home and the recipe is as simple as possible.

- 1. Dark bread (Borodinsky, if you want a complete match of tastes).

- 3. Sunflower oil.
- 4. Garlic.
- Oven preheated to 200 degrees.

Step 1
Cut the bread into 1, 5-2 cm wide cubes.

Pour sunflower oil into a separate container, add salt and pepper there. I add red, but you can add black or a mixture. Mix well.

Lubricate each block with oil on all sides. To do this, you can use a brush.
Step 4
Place the bread cubes on a baking sheet so that they do not touch. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven. After 3-5 minutes, turn the sticks over and put our croutons in the oven again, for about 2 minutes.
Step 5
After you have taken the croutons out of the oven, you should wait 7-10 minutes and rub them with garlic.
