Roast is a traditional Russian dish, which is prepared by languishing for a long time with all the necessary ingredients. Stewed dishes turn out to be very tasty and healthy, since cooking at a low temperature allows you to preserve a significant part of the nutrients in the products. Roast is a dish that is very difficult to spoil, unless it is overcooked or stewed a little, and it is generally impossible to do this in a multicooker, even if the dish will be in the “Preheat” mode for a long time.
It is necessary
- - 700 g chicken fillet;
- - 4 things. young potatoes (large);
- - 2 pcs. carrots;
- - 2 pcs. onions;
- - a few sprigs of dill and parsley;
- - 100 ml of sunflower oil;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of table salt without a slide;
- - 2 teaspoons of herbs;
- - ground black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings. Peel, wash and cut the carrots into large pieces. Pour the required amount of sunflower oil into the container of the multicooker and put the chopped vegetables into it.
Step 2
Rinse the chicken fillet under running water, divide it into several parts and put in a multicooker bowl. Sprinkle all ingredients with herbs, black pepper and salt.
Step 3
Fry meat with vegetables for 3-5 minutes in the "Fry" mode until golden brown, all ingredients must be stirred periodically.
Step 4
Add freshly peeled and diced young potatoes to the fried meat with vegetables. It also needs to be sprinkled with seasonings, black pepper and lightly salt, and on top put a couple of sprigs of dill and parsley.
Step 5
On the multicooker, select the "Roast" or "Stew" mode and cook the dish for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Serve the roast chicken hot with fresh vegetables and herbs.
