Ingredients:

  • 800-850 g pangasius (fillet);
  • a couple of ripe tomatoes;
  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • 3 potato tubers;
  • 1 medium zucchini;
  • 2 tablespoons full of sour cream;
  • vegetable oil;
  • spice.

Preparation:

  1. First of all, you should peel the potatoes, remove all eyes and rinse them thoroughly. Next, the potatoes must be cut into fairly thin circles.
  2. Then you need to wash the zucchini. If it is very young and small in size, then it just needs to be cut into thin circles. However, if you have an old zucchini, then you should first remove the coarse peel and core with seeds from it. After that, the vegetable is cut into small thin slices. Next, you need to thoroughly wash and cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
  3. After the vegetables are ready, you need to start preparing the fish. For this, the fillet is washed and all bones are removed, even the smallest ones, if any. Then the fillet is cut into rather thin portions.
  4. Then you can start adding food to the multicooker. First, you need to grease its bottom with a small amount of vegetable oil (preferably, take odorless sunflower oil). Potato circles are laid on the bottom in an even, thin layer and salted.
  5. Several pieces of pangasius are placed on top of the potatoes. A little salt. Then zucchini are laid in an even layer, which also need to be salted.
  6. Tomato slices are placed on top of the zucchini. Food can be stacked in several layers. From above they are poured with sour cream. And sprinkle with chopped herbs and grated cheese.
  7. After that, the multicooker is closed and the "Pilaf" mode is set. The finished dish is best served hot.
