It is necessary

  • - 3 pieces of avocado
  • - 1 cup unsalted pistachios
  • - half a glass of honey
  • - a quarter glass of water
  • - 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • - a pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Step 1

The first step is to peel the unsalted pistachios from the shell. Then we transfer them to a bowl, fill with cold drinking water and leave to soak for three hours. After the specified time, we drain the water, and put the nuts on a clean kitchen towel and let them dry.

Step 2

Pour the dried pistachios into a blender, send honey there and add one tablespoon of water. Beat everything until smooth. We transfer the pistachio mass prepared in this way to another dish and send it to the refrigerator, where it should be for at least five hours, ideally all night. Simultaneously with the pistachios, the avocados should be cooled in the refrigerator.

Step 3

After spending the night in the refrigerator, peel the avocados, free them from the seeds, and then cut them into small cubes.

Step 4

Put the pistachio mass and avocado pieces in a blender, add one teaspoon of lime juice, a quarter glass of water and sea salt to everything.

Step 5

Beat all ingredients placed in a blender at high speed until the mixture is smooth. Put the mass obtained from avocados and pistachios into pre-prepared molds or bowls, cover with cling film and again send them to the refrigerator, again for at least five hours.

Step 6

When the required cooling period has expired, we take out the bowls with mousse from the refrigerator and decorate them with mint leaves with chopped pistachios fried for aroma.
