- 100 ml heavy cream

- 100 ml sour cream

Preparation:

1. Peel, rinse and chop mushrooms, meat and vegetables. Cut the meat into cubes (about 1, 5x1, 5 cm), potatoes - arbitrarily, mushrooms - into slices, onions - into half rings.

2. Pour some oil into the multicooker bowl, put the meat, close the lid and leave in the "Baking" mode for 20 minutes.

3. Then add mushrooms, onions to the meat and simmer for another 15 minutes.

4. Then pour potatoes into a slow cooker, add spices to taste and salt.

5. Mix sour cream and cream with water and pour this mixture over the roast, stir.

6. Stew everything for another 15-20 minutes in the "Baking" mode, stirring the dish a couple of times during this time.

After turning off the timer, you can leave the roast to sweat for another half hour. A wonderful roast with a minimum of time is ready! Its delicate taste and appetizing aroma will undoubtedly be appreciated by every member of the family.
