  • - 175 ml of vegetable oil;
  • - 7 g dry yeast;

  • - fresh parsley, chili peppers, oil for brushing.

Step 1

Mix dry yeast with a little warm water, add molasses, honey or sugar. Add salt and 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Mix thoroughly, add the sifted flour, knead the elastic dough. Fill the dough in small portions so as not to overdo it with flour. The dough shouldn't be too steep. Remove the dough for half an hour in a warm place.

Step 2

Prepare a bun filling. Rinse the parsley, pat dry. Peel the garlic, rinse the chili, remove the seeds. Cut all of these ingredients with a sharp knife. Pour 100 ml of vegetable oil into a bowl, add chopped herbs, garlic, pepper, mix. Leave to infuse at room temperature.

Step 3

Divide the matching dough into 16 equal pieces. Roll each piece of dough into a rope 25 cm long, tie in a knot. Line a baking sheet with parchment, put the formed beautiful buns on it, cover, leave in a warm place for proofing. The buns will almost double in size.

Step 4

Bake the buns at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Lubricate them on all sides with an oily aromatic mixture, return to the oven. Turn off the oven, let the salty buns sit there for another 5 minutes, so they will become more fragrant.
