Instructions
Step 1
Classic roast
Wash the pork, trim off any fat, and cut the meat into thin slices about one-third the size of your palm.
Step 2
Slice the onion into thin rings. Chop the garlic cloves. Mix the meat with garlic and onion, add salt, pepper and sugar, pour over with olive oil and leave for half an hour.
Step 3
Peel the potatoes. Take small, crumbly tubers. Cut the potatoes in half. Wash the apples and remove the core, do not cut the peel. Cut the apples into thin slices.
Step 4
Lubricate the bottom and sides of the duck with vegetable oil. Put the meat and onions on the bottom, potatoes on top of it, and apple slices in the third layer. Cover with a lid and place in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees.
Step 5
Bake the roast for about an hour. 10-15 minutes before cooking, open the lid so that the apples are browned. You can turn on the grill for a few minutes.
Step 6
Roast german butcher
Cut the brisket and pork into small pieces. Cut the onion into thin half rings. If the smoked ribs are too large, cut them in half. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper. Cut it into large squares. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices.
Step 7
Place the brisket on the bottom of the rooster or large ceramic pot. Pour the onion on top, then the pork. Season the pork with salt and pepper. Pour bell peppers on it, and top with smoked meats. Potatoes come last. Do not forget to lightly salt it.
Step 8
Pour the cream over the potatoes, cover the roaster with a lid or foil and place the roast in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. After one and a half to two hours, remove the roaster from the oven, gently mix the contents and serve the roast to the table. Good German beer will come in very handy.
