It is necessary

  • - pork pulp - 600g;
  • - sweet and sour apples - 3pcs;
  • - tomatoes - 3pcs;
  • - hard cheese - 150g;
  • - red onion - 3 pcs;
  • - juice of 1 lemon;
  • - mayonnaise - 50g;
  • - salt, pepper - to taste;
  • - mustard seeds and herbs - for decoration.

Instructions

Step 1

The pork must be washed, dried and cut into portions, beat it off a little, salt and lightly fry over high heat on both sides (3 minutes on each side).

Step 2

Place the roasted pork on a baking sheet.

Wash the apples, remove the core, cut into slices and soak in lemon juice, soak them there for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Dry the fruits, fry for 1 min. on each side (you can use the same pan where the meat was fried).

Step 5

Peel and cut the red onion into thin rings, wash the tomatoes and cut into slices.

Step 6

Lay the ingredients on the pork in layers: apples, tomatoes, onions, pour over mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Place the meat in the oven for 25 minutes. When ready, garnish with mustard seeds and herbs.
