It is necessary

  • For 1 kg of dough (6 placinas):
  • - premium flour - 3 glasses;
  • - water - 250 grams;
  • - sunflower oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
  • - salt to taste.
  • Filling day:
  • - potatoes - 1 kg.;
  • - onions - 1-2 pcs.;
  • - ground black pepper, salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Sift the premium flour on the table, collect it in a slide, make a depression in the middle, where we pour in warm water, oil and add salt. We knead the dough. Knead until the dough becomes elastic and pliable, and also stops sticking to your hands. Put the finished dough on the table, lightly sprinkle with flour, cover with a bowl or clean towel. The dough should "rest" for about half an hour. At this time, we are preparing the filling.

Step 2

Peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes. We do the same with the onion. Mix potatoes and onions, boldly season with black pepper. Until we salt, so that the potatoes do not let the juice go.

Step 3

During this time, the dough came up. We form a "sausage" from the dough. We mentally divide the "sausage" into 6 parts, cut off one. Cover the rest of the dough.

Step 4

Roll up a ball from this piece, make a cake out of it and pull it out with our hands. Sprinkle flour on the table and begin to roll out the cake with a rolling pin, periodically turning the dough sheet. We try to keep the shape of the circle. Roll out the dough until it becomes paper thin.

Step 5

Grease the resulting dough sheet with oil, spread the filling in an even layer in the center, leaving 8-10 cm to the edge of the dough, salt. Next, you should make 8 opposite cuts - rays, from the filling to the edge of the dough. You should get a kind of "sun". Pull out each pair of opposite rays and close the filling with them. Thus, all the rays must connect in the center.

Step 6

Fry the finished placinda in sunflower oil on both sides until golden brown.

Step 7

Serve placinths hot with fresh vegetables or as a separate dish.

Bon Appetit!
