- tofu (soy cheese) - 200 g
- nori seaweed - 3 leaves
- flour - 3 tbsp. spoons
- water - 1/2 cup
- salt - 1/3 teaspoon
- spices: ground black pepper, asafoetida, coriander
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon

Step 1
Prepare a batter for frying "fish". To do this, combine 3 tablespoons of flour, salt and spices in a cup. Pour half a glass with warm water. Mix thoroughly with a fork or whisk.

Cut the tofu into 1 cm wide strips. Cut the nori seaweed with scissors. The width of the nori strip should match the length of the tofu strip.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Pour some water into a small plate. While wetting the nori strips one by one, wrap them around the tofu strips.
Step 4
Then dip the tofu wrapped in seaweed into the batter. Spread the tofu in hot oil. When the batter is browned, turn the tofu over and fry on the other side.

Serve the fish with your favorite side dish. It is very tasty to eat such a dish with rice, seasoned with soy sauce or buckwheat porridge. Serve it with fresh vegetables or juicy vegetable snacks to keep it dry.
