Gloomy, rainy autumn is not a reason to be sad. Add bright colors to your life by preparing unusually tasty, fragrant, and most importantly healthy pumpkin placinths.
It is necessary
- - wheat flour - 700 gr
- - 250 ml of milk
- - kefir - 250 ml
- - pumpkin - 400 gr
- - sugar - 5 tbsp. l.
- - sunflower oil - 20 ml
- - butter - 30 gr
- - yeast - 4 g
- - salt - to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Sift flour, add dry yeast to it and mix well.
Step 2
Combine milk, kefir and sugar in an ovenproof dish. Season to taste. Place the container on the stove and heat slightly.
Step 3
Pour the mixture gently into the flour.
Step 4
Knead the elastic dough, cover it with foil and put it in a warm place for half an hour.
Step 5
While the dough is right, prepare the filling. Grate the pumpkin pulp on a coarse grater. Add a tablespoon of sugar and mix thoroughly.
Step 6
Roll the dough into a sausage and cut it into equal sized pieces. Roll each into a thin sheet.
Step 7
Place the filling on top of the dough and fold into an envelope.
Step 8
Heat butter in a skillet. Add a few tablespoons of vegetable there.
Place the cake seam side down in the skillet. Fry until golden brown and turn over.
Step 9
Pumpkin placinths are ready. Serve them with sour cream or milk. Also, these scones are delicious with coffee or tea. They are equally good cold and hot.
