  • - 1 pound beef fillet;
  • - 2 bulgarian yellow peppers;
  • - 400 grams of cherry tomatoes.

Step 1

The beef kebab recipe will seem to someone not the most successful idea, because traditionally kebabs are fried from pork or lamb. But it is worth choosing the right cut and trying such a kebab at least once, as all doubts will disappear. Meat for barbecue should be not only fresh, but also streaked with fat. Sides or inner thighs work best.

Step 2

Prepare a kebab marinade. In a bowl, combine olive oil, dry wine, peeled and minced garlic, juice squeezed from grapefruit, and thyme leaves. Whisk the marinade slightly with a fork. Cut the meat into pieces with a side of 2, 5-3 centimeters. Place the beef in a bowl and cover with half of the marinade, stir well so that each piece is coated on all sides. A good idea is to marinate the kebab in tight plastic zip bags for storing food. This bag can be shaken well for perfect coverage. Refrigerate the meat and remaining marinade. Marinate the beef for 1 hour.

Soak wooden skewers in water beforehand. Prepare a barbecue or grill. Remove the skewers from the marinade and skewer, alternating with chunks of onion, pepper and cherry tomatoes.
