This is a delicious yet simple dish. Potato kebab is a great idea for a festive table and friendly parties. You can cook on the grill, but it turns out very fragrant in the oven too - arrange a small picnic at home.

It is necessary

  • - 5 young potatoes;
  • - 150 g of chopped bacon or brisket;
  • - 2 tomatoes;
  • - 5 cloves of garlic;
  • - half of sweet pepper;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of dry Caucasian adjika or Provencal herbs;
  • - vegetable oil, herbs, ground pepper, salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel potatoes, bell peppers, rinse. Wash the tomatoes too. Cut the potatoes with tomatoes into slices. Cut the bell peppers into slices.

Step 2

The brisket or bacon should be cut into very thin slices. Peel the garlic, chop finely, mix with Caucasian adjika or spicy herbs. Add pepper, salt, vegetable oil.

Step 3

Pour the flavored garlic mixture over the potatoes, stir.

Step 4

Place the potatoes on a skewer, alternating with slices of pepper, tomato and brisket. Wrap the potatoes in two layers of foil. Bake the potatoes until soft for half an hour at 180 degrees.

Step 5

After half an hour, cut the foil on top, pour the selected juice, let the potatoes brown slightly at a temperature of 230 degrees - 10 minutes will be enough.

Step 6

Sprinkle the finished potato kebab generously with fresh herbs, serve with pickles, ketchup or sour cream and garlic sauce.
