A recipe in case guests are already on the doorstep and you need to quickly arrange something for tea.
It is necessary
- For 2 servings:
- - 50 g of chocolate 72%;
- - 50 g butter;
- - 2 small eggs;
- - 50 g of cane sugar;
- - 50 g flour
- - 0.5 tsp baking powder;
- - zest of half an orange;
- - 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed orange juice.
Instructions
Step 1
Melt the chocolate with butter (this can be done in the microwave or in a water bath) and stir until smooth.
Step 2
Beat eggs with sugar in a fairly spacious container. Add orange zest and juice. Sift flour with baking powder to eggs, mix.
Step 3
Pour in the butter and chocolate mixture, stir again until smooth, pour into molds and cook for 2-3 minutes at 1100 watts. If your oven is less powerful, increase the time to 4 minutes. Leave the cake in it for another 5 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack until it cools completely. Enjoy your tea.
