You will need:

- 100 g of dark chocolate without additives;

- 4 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;

- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar;

- 80 g of butter;

- 4 tbsp. spoons of milk;

- 1 egg;

- a pinch of vanillin.

Place the chopped chocolate, milk and butter in a glass or plastic bowl. Place the container in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir the mass. Mash the egg with sugar until it is completely dissolved. This point is very important - undissolved crystals can burn when cooking muffins.

Add egg mixture to chocolate, flour and vanillin. Stir everything thoroughly, and then place in cups, lightly greased with butter. Place the cups in the microwave and turn the oven on for 3 minutes at maximum power. After the end of the cycle, do not remove the muffins - wait until the dough stops rising. Serve in cups, vanilla ice cream can be added to each serving.

Cupcake with candied fruits and nuts

You will need:

- 2 eggs;

- 1 glass of milk;

- 0.75 glasses of sugar;

- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil;

- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon zest;

- 0.5 cups of candied fruits of different colors;

- 0.25 cups pistachios and almonds;

- 2 cups wheat flour;

- 1 teaspoon of baking soda;

- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.

Beat eggs with sugar until it is completely dissolved. Pour in vegetable oil and milk. Add soda slaked with lemon juice and add sifted flour in portions. Pound the nuts in a mortar, mix with lemon zest and candied fruits. Add the mixture to the dough and mix thoroughly.

Grease a silicone round mold with a hole in the middle with vegetable oil and put the dough into it. It should take up no more than half of the volume - baking rises strongly in the microwave. Place the dish in the microwave and cook for 10 minutes. At the end of the cycle, let the baked goods sit in the oven for another 3 minutes. Remove the muffin, refrigerate slightly and remove from the mold. Sprinkle the baked goods with icing sugar.
