Delicious homemade cookies can be prepared not only in the oven, but also in the microwave. For such baked goods, the usual recipes will have to be changed a little. To make the products beautiful, decorate them with glaze - after all, a microwave oven cannot provide a golden brown crust.
Features of baking in the microwave
There are several important points to keep in mind for cookies to succeed. For microwave cooking, the dough must contain more liquid. The mass must be thoroughly mixed, completely dissolving the sugar crystals. If the sugar does not dissolve, it will burn. The surface of the products can be sprinkled with powder, colored sugar crumbs, chocolate chips, glaze. The exception is dark chocolate cookies, they look beautiful without any additional decor. Do not bake for too long - depending on the recipe, the cooking process will take 1-5 minutes.
