Spit goose recipe

To cook a goose on a spit, it is not necessary to go to the forest for a picnic, at home in the oven it will also turn out to be no less tasty and satisfying!

We will need:

- a whole carcass of a goose;

- 700 g of sour apples;

- 100 ml of milk;

- 50 ml tomato sauce;

- 4 slices of bread;

- onion;

- pepper, salt, sage leaves.

Chop bread and apples. Boil the chopped onion with sage in water, fold on a sieve. Mix the resulting mass with apples and bread, salt and pepper, add milk. The filling turned out.

Rinse the goose carcass, rub with salt and pepper. Fill the carcass with the filling, sew up the incision. Spit the stuffed goose and secure. Pierce the bird near the wings and legs with a fork. Place a saucepan under the spit, fry the goose until tender, turning it over from time to time and greasing it with fat flowing from it.

Serve the finished goose with tomato sauce.

Goose Mushroom Sauce Recipe

Delicate chicken meat goes well with mushrooms. But the chicken is already boring, cook a goose together - the dish will turn out to be no less tasty, satisfying, original.

We will need:

- whole goose carcass;

- 300 ml sour cream;

- 100 g flour;

- 100 g of porcini mushrooms;

- 70 g of butter;

- carrot, parsley root, lavrushka;

- green onions, fresh dill and parsley, pepper, salt.

Cut the goose carcass into portions, place in a saucepan, add chopped parsley root and carrots. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Fill everything with water, add chopped porcini mushrooms, cook until the meat is tender.

Mix flour with softened butter, dilute with broth, add boiled mushrooms, lavrushka, sour cream, bring the sauce to a boil over low heat, stirring it.

Put the pieces of goose on a dish, pour over the mushroom sauce, sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs, serve as such.
