Banana sauté with praline sauce and cardamom is a dessert that no one can resist! It turns out a fragrant delicacy. By the way, cooking it is easy - you will spend only 20 minutes of free time.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - vanilla ice cream - 200 g;
- - four bananas;
- - butter - 1/4 cup;
- - brown sugar - 1/4 cup;
- - cream 30% - 1/2 cup;
- - some lime juice;
- - a pinch of cardamom and salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the bananas into four pieces: first lengthwise, then crosswise.
Step 2
Heat a spoonful of butter in a skillet and place the bananas in it. Roast for one minute, then turn over, roast for another minute. Transfer the sautéed bananas to dessert bowls in equal portions.
Step 3
Heat two tablespoons of butter in a clean skillet, add cream, sugar, cardamom, a pinch of salt, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Cook for three minutes; the sauce should thicken. Remove from heat, add lime juice, mix.
Step 4
