2 vanilla pods, 90 grams of flour, 60 grams of ground almonds, 50 grams of sugar, 1.5 teaspoons of cardamom, 60 grams of butter, 1 tablespoon of cream, 50 grams of powdered sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the vanilla pod. Scrape the pulp thoroughly with a spoon. Stir half of the pulp with flour, almonds, sugar, cardamom, cold flaked butter, and cream.
Step 2
Divide the dough in half and roll up rolls with a diameter of 2 cm. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Heat the oven to 1800 degrees. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Step 4
Cut the dough rolls into thin slices about 5 millimeters thick. Dip a fork in flour and make notches on the dough circles. Bake the cookies in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Step 5
Cool the finished biscuits. Mix the remaining vanilla pulp, icing sugar and 1 tablespoon of water thoroughly. Gently spread this mixture over the cookies.
