Step 1

In a bowl, mix two eggs and 120 grams of sugar (regular or cane sugar).

Beat the eggs with a mixer until fluffy, as for making a biscuit.

Cut the butter into cubes and melt in a water bath (you can use a microwave). The oil should not burn your hand.

Step 3

When beating eggs, pour in melted butter.

Add unsweetened yogurt to a bowl and continue whisking.

Add sifted flour, salt and baking powder to the bowl to the eggs and yogurt.
