The pancakes themselves are very tasty, and if you cook them with chocolate, and even with cream and fresh fruit, you get delicious!
It is necessary
- For pancakes:
- - milk - 750 milliliters;
- - flour - 300 grams;
- - three eggs;
- - dark chocolate - 100 grams;
- - icing sugar - 2 tablespoons;
- - cocoa powder - 1 spoon;
- - vegetable oil.
- For the filling you need:
- - heavy cream - 500 milliliters;
- - two kiwis;
- - sugar - 2 tablespoons;
- - one orange;
- - cranberries - 2 tablespoons.
Instructions
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a water bath, heat the milk. Add warm milk (300 ml) and melted butter to the chocolate. Mix well. Whisk the chicken eggs until stiff. Sift flour, add cocoa powder and powdered sugar. Fill the flour with the rest of the milk, knead.
Step 2
Now mix all three mixtures, use a blender to dissolve well. Leave the dough for a couple of hours.
Step 3
Now go to the stuffing. Peel the kiwi and orange, chop. Whisk the sugar and cream. Add prepared fruits to whipped cream, mix. Refrigerate.
Step 4
Fry the pancakes, cool them. Put the filling on the pancakes (do not feel sorry for it), roll the pancake rolls. Put them in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. When you are about to serve chocolate pancakes with fruits, cut them into pieces. Bon Appetit!
