  • - ribs 300 g
  • - fat 2 tbsp. l.
  • - salt, pepper and pork seasoning to taste

  • - broth ½ cup

Instructions

Step 1

Pre-cut meat into small pieces, salt and pepper, sprinkle with caraway seeds and wrap in an oil seal.

Step 2

Chop the pork ribs into small pieces, sprinkle with fat and place on a frying sheet.

Step 3

Place the meat wrapped in the stuffing box on the ribs with the folded edge down. Sprinkle with black pepper on top and add a little fat.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and fry the meat in it for about 15 minutes.

Gently pour in the broth previously diluted with wine from one edge of the baking sheet. After that, fry for about 20 minutes more. Add broth or warm water as needed.

Put the cooked pork on a warm plate and pour a small amount of the juice formed during baking.

Use the remaining juice from cooking to make the sauce. To do this, dilute it with meat broth, strain and add a little wine, vinegar, salt and sugar. Pour the mixture into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. The sauce is ready.
