It seems that it is difficult to cook something from a vegetable like carrots. In fact, this is absolutely not the case. In addition, you can even make wonderful buns from carrots that will please even those who do not like it at all.

- - butter - 60 g;
- - sugar - 2-3 tablespoons;
- - flour - 310 g;
- - dry yeast - 4 g;
- - vanilla sugar - 2 g;

Instructions
Step 1
With carrots, do this: wash them thoroughly, remove the skin and chop with a grater, preferably using a fine one.
Step 2
Sift flour thoroughly through a sieve. Place on a work surface in the form of a slide. Make a depression at the top and pour the yeast into it.
Step 3
Grind the butter into small pieces. Then combine it with grated carrots and flour. Add vanilla and plain sugar, as well as salt there. Mix everything well, then knead the dough. Then cover it with a towel and put it in a warm place for about 3 hours. This is necessary in order for it to rise. The dough should be very tender.
Step 4
Pinch off pieces of the same size from the finished dough and roll them in such a way that you get balls.
Step 5
Dip the bottoms of the dough figures obtained in vegetable oil and put on a baking sheet covered with a sheet of parchment. Cover as it is with a towel and let stand for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Beat the egg thoroughly, then grease future buns with it. Then take a knife and use it to make crosswise cuts in the dough. Garnish with poppy seeds or sesame seeds if desired.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees and send the baking sheet with the dough into it. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Carrot buns are ready!
