Most people, when they hear the word "muffins", imagine delicious muffins with fruit, berry, caramel or chocolate filling. In fact, muffins may not necessarily be sweet, but they are delicious.

It is necessary
- - 200 g of sausage cheese;
- - 150 g of sausages;
- - 150 ml of milk;
- - two eggs;
- - two glasses of flour;
- - thyme;
- - oregano;
- - basil;
- - marjoram;
- - greens;
- - salt, pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Break two eggs into a bowl, add a little of each of the spices: thyme, oregano, basil, marjoram. Sprinkle a little salt, pepper and whisk the eggs and spices with a whisk. Pour in three tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil, 2/3 cup of milk, continue to beat.
Step 2
Grate the sausage cheese on a coarse grater, cut the sausages into small pieces. Pour 2 cups of flour, baking powder into the egg mixture prepared earlier, mix everything well.
Step 3
Grease the muffin baking tins with oil to prevent the dough from sticking. Put sausages, grated sausage cheese on the bottom of each of the molds, pour 2/3 of the dough. Put the molds on a baking sheet and send to the oven, preheated to a temperature of 200 °, for 13-17 minutes.
Step 4
Before serving muffins, you can garnish them with ketchup and a sprig of fresh dill (or other herbs to taste).
